What do you love in a kitchen? Do you love simplicity, with countertops that are clear except for things you use daily? Do you love to collect memorabilia and place it lovingly around your home, including your kitchen? Perhaps you can do both in your kitchen -
We usually think of ordinary things to use to get organized--tubs, totes, containers, shelves, plastic bins, etc., etc., etc. What if you used something beautiful to put things away in?? That is an idea worth looking into.

- countertop real estate that is invaluable
- another working area allowing several people to prepare food
- a gathering space where all the action is happening
- a focal point for your kitchen
- extra seating if space allows
- value to your home
Could you fit an island in your kitchen?
